The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time

Link sets out on a quest to stop Ganondorf, the Zelda franchise's prime antagonist, from obtaining an item called the Triforce, a magical object that grants its bearer's wishes. To stop Ganondorf, Link travels back and forth between a period of seven years using the titular Ocarina of Time.

Link is placed in the land of Termina, rather than Hyrule. A mysterious mask-wearing imp known as the Skull Kid has persuaded the moon to abandon its orbit and crash into Termina. Link uses time travel to repeatedly live the three days prior to the crash in an attempt to prevent it.
